To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, if you are a sick or have been exposed to COVID, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. 

Crosspoint Occupational Health, LLC does not provide refunds. In the case of an emergency, one may be considered. Refunds are not guaranteed, but may be given at the discretion of Crosspoint Medical Testing, LLC. 

We understand that life happens and we are willing to work with our clients when there is a need to reschedule. We as that you notify us at least 24 hours before you appointment date. In the case of an emergency, a partial or full refund. Refunds are not guaranteed, but may be given at the discretion of Crosspoint Occupational Health, LLC.  

If you do not call to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be considered as a no-show. A no-show fee may be applied and future services  may be indefinitely terminated at the discretion of Crosspoint Medical Testing, LLC.

Depending on the test type you may receive your testing on-site or via email. Please contact us for more information on testing results.
